Türkoğlu used the following expressions in his message on the federation’s website:
“July 15 has been engraved in our memories as the day that our nation wrote the epic of democracy against the traitors as one body, and that changed the course of our history. Our country faced a heinous coup attempt on July 15, 2016; however, our beloved nation led by our President, Mr. “On the day of July 15, Democracy and National Unity, I commemorate our martyrs who died for their homeland with mercy and gratitude, and I pay my respects to our veterans.”
