Security guards from Breda Barst music festival tried to control a man, who was said to be aggressive. While they were doing that, the man became unwell. He was taken to hospital by ambulance. An air ambulance circled above Park Valkenberg for some time, but did not land. The fire brigade was also present and was called to perform CPR.
It is not clear what caused the man to become unwell. The police are investigating. The place where the man became unwell has been cordoned off with white fences.
