The police killed two birds with one stone in Goirle yesterday afternoon. A man received a fine because he was urinating in public along the parking lot of the De Haspel sports hall at the Grobbendonckpark. It looked like it belonged to a man sitting in a parked car.
A strong smell of cannabis came from the car and soon the monkey came out of the sleeve. The passenger gave the police some cannabis grit and in the car officers found several bags with drugs, an electroshock weapon and a knife. The man, a 23-year-old resident of Riel, has been arrested. The person who urinated in public also appeared to have some narcotics in his pocket. He was allowed to leave after being fined.
