A 24-year-old man from Boekel has been arrested because of the discovery of more than 1100 cobras. The police discovered the large amount of heavy and illegal fireworks in his home.
The police arrested the man on December 19 of last year, but did not announce this until Wednesday evening. That happened in a Facebook message. Why it took so long is not known.
The detective is investigating the case.
