Andrew Bostinto is still posing on stage.
Bodybuilding does not look at age. Aop
100-year-old Andrew Bostinto is known to be the world’s oldest bodybuilder, CNBC write.
Bostinto started training at the age of 12, so he has 87 years of gym training.
The US pumps iron six times a week and still participates in bodybuilding competitions.
– People ask me when I’m going to quit. I answer that when I stop breathing, Bostinto said earlier this year For Muscle & Fitness.
The “Senior Mr. America” bouquet is also a veteran of World War II. He worked for the army for 29 years.
– I did everything I wanted in the army and bodybuilding. Sometimes I wonder what’s left, but do you know what? I still live for myself and as long as I enjoy what I do, I will continue, Bostinto said.
Bostinto has had to modify his training as age increases.
– I lift my legs up when I make sitting so I can keep my abdominal muscles tight. And even though my right hand doesn’t work as well as the left, I do repetitions for so long that I get the movement, he said.
