Lando Norris has come up in steam in Zandvoort in the third and final free practice. The British driver of McLaren drove by far the fastest round on the Zandvoort circuit with 1.08.972. Championship leader Oscar Piastri could not match the speed of his teammate. The Australian set the second time, but gave up 0.242 seconds.
Max Verstappen could not match the fast cars from McLaren. The four -time world champion rode the fifth time at Circuit Zandvoort (1.09.925) and was almost a second slower than Norris, who also clocked the best times in free training sessions on Friday.
