Minister of Education Zuhal Demir (N-VA) wants to make the job of teacher more attractive. To this end, she is venturing into a new career pact for education, something that all her predecessors failed to achieve. This concerns, among other things, the number of teaching hours that teachers must actually be in the classroom and their salary package. “I’m sticking my neck out, but I don’t mind.
