A 31-year-old man from Beverwijk was shot on Saturday around 12 noon at De Heining, on the De Weeren business park. He was seriously injured. A police spokesperson said this afternoon that the man is now out of danger.
In the meantime, the search for the alleged shooter continues. Last Saturday, a police helicopter searched for the suspect. The police are not making any further statements about his identity at this time.
