With its Dutch bike look, the Zündapp Z517 700c stands out from other e-bikes right from the start. These are usually rather futuristic or at least very sporty. Typical Dutch bike, the device has a spacious basket plus luggage rack and allows you to sit more upright on the saddle.

Sure: In terms of equipment, the Z517 700c Zundapp corresponds to a roadworthy bicycle according to the Road Traffic Act (StVZO).

The Zündapp Z517 700c is not an exclusive Lidl product, you can also get it from other discounters such as Kaufland and Netto. The price at Lidl but is lowest: With 928.52 euros it is a whopping 770.48 euros below the recommended retail price.

Suitable for whom?

The manufacturer Zündapp primarily describes its e-bike as a city bike. But of course longer excursions or bike tours in the forest as well as medium-sized shopping tours are also possible.

With its dimensions, the e-bike could be too small for people taller than about 1.90 meters. Likewise, the maximum permissible weight of 120 kilograms that the bike carries should be taken into account.

Is the Lidl price for the Zündapp bike really cheap?
