Zscaler Stock Analysis: Security in the Cloud for Businesses and Customers

150 data centers are operated on all 6 continents and thus the security of Internet storage of data is implemented and monitored for customers who primarily come from the corporate sector with more than 10,000 customers.

However, the IPO only took place after 11 years of company history and thus in 2018. The company generated IPO income of 192 million euros and was able to generate 673 million euros in gross sales just three years later. A strong trend that continues to be maintained from the sales side and is unlikely to level off in the future.

However, the costs have risen massively in recent years. Be it the electricity for the data centers or the personnel costs, which are very high, especially for IT specialists. The company is therefore not making a profit and is therefore directly affected by the current interest rate policy of the US Federal Reserve.
