Just a little different, surprisingly tasty or simply worth trying. This week our eye fell on the Toshka Wrap of the Syrian restaurant Zaytoona in the Dorpsstraat.
Syrian classic
The Toska wrap is made with thin Arabic bread and is richly filled with seasoned minced meat, melted Syrian cheese and a soft paprika puree. Garnish: pomegranate seeds and jalapeño peppers – a fresh and spicy counterpart of the spicy filling.
