Zoetermeer Give a freshening up: This is how you participate in NLdoet

Zoetermeer is of course very beautiful, but it can be even more beautiful. How? By helping on Friday 14 and Saturday 15 March 2025 during the largest volunteer campaign in the Netherlands: NLdoet.

NLDoet is an annual action throughout the Netherlands and is organized by the Oranje Fonds. During those days there are hundreds of initiatives in which the help of volunteers is called in. In other words: give a freshening up together with fellow townspeople Zoetermeer.

Zoetermeerders

On the website of NLdoet you can see Which activities in your area are. You can register on your own, but you can also get started with your family, friends or neighbors. It is usually about smaller jobs, such as cleaning a park or painting a wall.

For example, you can help craftsmanship in Palenstein in the neighborhood garden. In Perenboom de Hof van Seghwaert you can work lavender, work on a new strawberry field or the barefoot path. And with deployment Noordhove & Seghwaert and deployment Oosterheem, they are looking for handy handymen for Friday 14 March to highlight the necessary indoor and outdoor work,

The action days are traditionally opened by King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima, who also participate. What they are going this time is not yet known.
