Led by Ukraine captain Oleksandr Zinchenko, Manchester City have reached the FA Cup quarter-finals.
Man City won 2-0 (0-0) on Tuesday in the first round of 16 against Peterborough United, bottom of the second division, with goals scored by Riyad Mahrez (60th) and Jack Grealish (67th).
Zinchenko was specially appointed captain for the game in place of Fernandinho. Before kick-off, he joined the referee team and the Peterborough captain in raising a Ukraine flag.
The German national player Ilkay GĂĽndogan was also in the starting line-up.
