With the midden van forsgestegen energieprijzen en loonkosten het hoofd boven water te houden, vragen social profit bedrijven meer workingsmiddelen. Verso, de werkgeversfederatie in de sector, Schreef een open brief aan de Vlaamse regering.
Verso hekelt dat de werkingsmiddelen van heel wat sociale ondernemingen al eleven years not be geïndexerd. Also, it’s not going to happen that there’s an indexing coming, aldus de sectororganisatie.
Toch wordt also de social profit net as other sectors faced with de inflation: high energy prices, higher ions, duurdere flammables and total building costs. “Aangezien sociale ondernemingen levensnoodzakelijke diensten aanbieden aan vaak kwetsbare mensen, kunnen zij niet zomaar hun prijzen aanpassen om al deze gestegen costs te compenseren”, light Verso toe.
The situation is threefold and there will be a plan for the organization of the sector in Vlaamse to regulate the actions to be taken. That means in an open letter the same thing with the other leden, waaronder ziekenhuis- en woonzorgcentrumkoepel Zorgnet-Icuro, Groep Maatwerk – that de concerns van maatwerkbeharigt – en het Vlaams Welzijnsverbond.
“After a decade of saving, we can’t say much longer about the cost of shipping and the cost of the sea is so small that it is absolutely reasonable,” states the letter. “A great deal is urgent. He would like the rules to come from the increasing costs that can be drawn in the perverse mechanism of non-indexing for up to 10 years before the door has been broken.”
