In the organization held in the capital Paris, Zeynep Sönmez and German Tatjana Maria faced the Ukrainian couple Anhelina Kalinina-Dayana Yastremska in the second round.
National tennis player Zeynep fell by tripping on an advertising sign while running to catch the ball in the first set, where they were 2-0 behind.
Zeynep, who was intervened by the medical team, had to withdraw from the match after suffering an injury.
Zeynep Sönmez was eliminated in the first round of singles, losing to Australian Daria Kasatkina.
