The rocket attacks that hit Kyiv on Thursday took place as he concluded talks with UN chief António Guterres, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said. In his usual video message, Zelensky says this move shows “the true nature” of Russia and calls for an “appropriate, strong response”.
