Yungblud & Aerosmith conquer the charts with the EP ONE MORE TIME. The first number 1 hit for Aerosmith.
The new album by Yungblud and Aerosmith conquered the official album charts immediately after its launch. The five-song EP ONE MORE TIME was released on November 21, 2025.
Historic milestone for Aerosmith
This success is particularly special for the US rock legends Aerosmith: It is their first number one album in Great Britain – 55 years after they were founded in 1970. The band achieved their first British chart success in 1987 with PERMANENT VACATION. At that time, the album stayed in the charts for 14 weeks. Their highest placement to date was number two with their 1993 album GET A GRIP.
Yungblud’s fourth number one hit
For Yungblud, real name Dominic Richard Harrison, topping the charts is no longer a new prospect. ONE MORE TIME is the Brit’s fourth number one success. So far, all of his albums – apart from the debut 21ST CENTURY LIABILITY – have reached number one in the UK.
2025 is also his biggest year of success to date. It wasn’t until June that he released his fourth album IDOLS on the Locomotion Recordings label and stayed at number one in the British album charts for eight weeks. This makes ONE MORE TIME his second chart-topping album of 2025. “I’m incredibly grateful for this… my second official number 1 of 2025. A huge thank you to everyone who supported this album in the name of rock ‘n’ roll!” – this is how Yungblud told “Official Charts”.
Two generations, one vision
The album collaboration brings together two generations who have shaped and shaped rock history to a considerable extent. Yungblud, who is currently at the peak of his career so far – and Aerosmith, who made global rock history for decades. They have a total of 15 albums and 40 tours. Lead singer Steven Tyler, bassist Tom Hamilton and drummer Joey Kramer were part of the band without interruption. However, only Tyler and lead guitarist Joe Perry were involved in the album ONE MORE TIME – it is the group’s first release since 2012. Rolling Stone listed Aerosmith at number 59 of the 100 greatest musicians of all time.
On Instagram, Yungblud thanked the EP release for the collaboration with Aerosmith:
Yungblud’s gratitude for his idols
Yungblud also told Official Charts how important Aerosmith has been to his personal musical career and expressed gratitude for the collaboration: “Aerosmith has always been part of the soundtrack of my life. Thanks to Joe and Steven for joining me – I still can’t believe we recorded an album together!” For the 28-year-old musician, this success represents a perfect end to 2025: “This is the culmination of a totally crazy, emotional year. On to 2026! Love.”
