Insights into different departments
During the training, the young forces get to know a wide range of functions in various corporate areas. In the industrial clerkship program in particular, comprehensive insights into various corporate areas such as marketing, sales, human resources, purchasing, finance and sustainability are provided. The broad approach enables the participant: inside, developing a versatile competence profile that prepares you for the challenges of the business world. You not only acquire practical knowledge, but also take on responsible tasks in projects that give important insights into the company processes. During the training, the trainees have the freedom to discover their individual interests and to expand them in a targeted manner. As part of the #TTCREW, which combines values such as trust, empathy, courage, innovation and responsibility, you can build up a strong professional network and actively participate.
Cooperative culture: promoting team spirit across departments
The collaborative work environment is a formative feature of the training. Apprentices are encouraged to work across hierarchy and department, which gives them the opportunity to learn from different perspectives and contribute to joint projects. Whether organizing the annual table tennis tournament or coordinating a Christmas donation campaign for local children – the trainees assume important responsibilities right from the start. The program also promotes creativity and enables trainees to help shape internal events such as the “Girls ‘& Boys’ Day” and self -organized factory sales.
“Training at Tom Tailor is special for me because everyone works here at eye level – openness and the joy of being able to shape things together are simply very important here. Our office dogs are also part of this team feeling for me! As a trainee, I was able to take on a lot of responsibility at TT very early on, for example for the organization of one of our own trainee projects. My personal highlight was the table tennis tournament – the team spirit, whether on the record or next to it, was just nice. “
