The first results of the autopsy showed fairly quickly that the baby was indeed born alive. The girl was also fully grown. The mother disputes that she used any form of violence. The young woman, by the way, lasted for a long time that she didn’t know she was pregnant. In the meantime, she has admitted that she was aware of her pregnancy.
The precise circumstances of the death also remain unclear after a reconstruction. The research has since been almost completed. In principle, the case could therefore be quickly referred to the Court of Assisen.
