Salmon soup
1 l of water
1 fish broth
3 bay leaves
10 spice pepper
2 onions as chips
800 g of potatoes in cubes
3 dl whipped cream
2 tbsp butter
1 dl dill chip
1. Boil fish broth, spices and onions in a saucepan.
2. Add the potatoes and simmer. Add the cream, butter and dill. Boil and check the taste.
Fried salmon
8 x 50 g salmon slices
30 g butter
1 teaspoon of salt
1. Bake the salmon in a frying pan in butter ripe and season with salt.
Dill washing
50 g of dill chip
30 g almond chips
0.5 dl rapeseed oil
0.5 dl of olive oil
0.5 teaspoon of salt
1. Put all the ingredients in the blender and puree. You can also use a rod blender.
