Moorish’s mother Lisa is the singer of the band Kill City, who took over the background singing in 1995 with an acoustic version of Oasis’ “Fade Way” and had an affair with the musician in June 1997. That was just two months after Gallagher’s wedding with actress Patsy Kensit. Molly Moorish was born on March 26, 1998.
In an interview, Gallagher said that he just never got to meet his daughter and that he never heard that she wanted to meet him. Lisa Moorish had previously publicly criticized Liam Gallagher for his lack of contact with Molly. She emphasized that her daughter had the right to know her father. In 2019, the 52-year-old devoted his daughter to the song “Now that i’ve found you”.
