Blankenberg’s mayor Björn Prasse also emphasizes the importance of buying locally, especially during the end of the year: “For a small city like ours, it is important that we continue to support our own offering. If you have little time, you can also go local online. But now is the time to walk through the center and look for gifts for family and loved ones.”
