Former hurdler Noora Toivo says on Instagram about his new lover.
– Some of the Olympians were left with a medal. My dear. This planned single era of mine and being alone until the grave didn’t go exactly as planned. But I’m not complaining, Toivo is glowing with his fresh happiness with heart emojis.
Toivo, 38, does not say more about his partner.
Toivo, who makes Yle’s sports content for social media, was on site at the Olympics that ended last week in Milan-Cortina.
He said last week that he received a bouquet of flowers at his hotel in Milan.
– Quite a nice way to start the working day. There was no name on the note, but I have a strong suspicion who these are from, Toivo said at the time.
Toivo does not reveal whether her new partner is the sender of the bouquet.
Toivo has won the Finnish championship in hurdles and several other SM medals.
Toivo announced his resignation last summer.
– I have to try to keep pushing forward. It has to be believed that better times are ahead. Feel the emotions. To believe that maybe those broken pieces of the heart can be glued together again someday, Toivo wrote on Instagram last summer.
