World leaders gathered on Thursday for three emergency meetings of NATO, the G7 and the European Council. The results so far show that concrete commitments to Ukraine, for example, which had asked for tanks, have not been forthcoming for the time being. Russia will receive a warning for the use of weapons of mass destruction.
