World Cup in danger? Leipzig’s Nkunku breaks off France training

RB Leipzig’s Christopher Nkunku pulled out of training with the France national team on Tuesday after being hit in the left leg.

As the news agency “AFP” reports, Nkunku left the pitch with a limp, one day before the world champion’s departure to Qatar (November 20 to December 18) to defend his title.

The world champion has already had to do without his stars Presnel Kimpembe (Paris Saint-Germain), Paul Pogba (Juventus Turin) and N’Golo Kanté (Chelsea FC) due to injury, and Ballon d’Or winner Karim Benzema (Real Madrid) was last struck.

The Equipe Tricolore will face Australia (November 22nd), Denmark (26th) and Tunisia (30th) in Group D at the World Cup.
