A woman was injured this afternoon in an accident on the N244 near the Westdijk in Zuidschermer. Several cars were involved in the accident.
The collision happened just before noon. A police spokesman told NH that a total of three cars were involved in the accident.
Still much unclear
The woman was rushed to hospital. Police have not yet commented on her injuries. It is not known if anyone else involved was taken to hospital.
The cause of the accident is also not yet clear. The Traffic Accident Analysis is investigating. The road was closed in both directions for a while, but has since reopened.
