Woman begs for cesarean section, dies after 20 hours of labor: ‘This will not be tolerated’

A hospital in Senegal has been discredited nationwide over the death of a pregnant woman. The patient died after giving birth for 20 hours and, according to the health minister, could have been saved if a Caesarean section had been chosen. Six midwives now have to answer to the judge.
