The 75-year-old woman who was found dead on Sunday evening after a stabbing in a house in Eindhoven was probably stabbed to death by her 79-year-old husband. The police report this. The two live in the seniors’ home at the Troyeshof in the Achtse Barrier district.
The man himself called the police to report the stabbing. Officers found the dead woman in the house. Her husband has been arrested and is in custody.
The house is located in a courtyard with senior housing. There were seven police cars and an ambulance in the street.
