A 25-year-old woman from Den Bosch died on Tuesday evening in Sprang-Capelle after she was hit by a car. The accident happened in the Koesteeg where the victim was walking, the police reported.
The collision took place at around 8:30 a.m. The police, ambulance, fire brigade and a trauma helicopter with a medical team attended the report.
First aid to the victim was of no avail. The pedestrian died at the scene of the collision.
Police traffic specialists are investigating and taking statements from witnesses. People who can tell something about the circumstances of the accident are urged to report to the police.
