WNBA: National player Sabally is still missing the Dallas Wings

Basketball national player Satou Sabally has to pause injured in the WNBA. Sabally missed two straight games in her Dallas Wings’ 93-88 win over Phoenix Mercury.

During the week, the 24-year-old had already missed the match against leaders Las Vegas Aces (84:92). So far, the Wings have not given any information on how long the native Berliner will be absent and how serious the knee problems are.

Sabally had already missed the start of the season in the North American professional league because she was still playing out the season for Fenerbahce Istanbul in Europe.

With Fenerbahce, Sabally won the Turkish championship for the second time and was named the most valuable player in the final. As in the previous year, she also reached the final four tournament of the EuroLeague.

In the WNBA, Sabally, the 2020 second draft pick, then played eight games for the Wings, averaging 11.6 points in about 22 minutes on the floor.
