The Munich team is missing striker Harry Kane in Freiburg. It is now clear who will represent the Englishman.
FC Bayern with coach Vincent Kompany rotates several times for the Bundesliga game at SC Freiburg. Compared to the 4-0 win against Union Berlin before the international break, the Belgian has switched to five positions. Manuel Neuer returns to goal, most recently he was represented by Jonas Urbig. Jonathan Tah, Tom Bischof, Luis Díaz and Raphaël Guerreiro also move into the starting lineup.

The now 40-year-old Neuer had been missing since suffering a small muscle fiber tear in his left calf in the Bundesliga against Borussia Mönchengladbach (4-1) at the beginning of March. Coach Kompany assured on Friday: “Manu is 100 percent fit.” Deputy Urbig, who had to leave the German national team due to a minor knee injury, is also available again for the German record champions.
Jamal Musiala (pain reaction on the operated left foot), Alphonso Davies (strained hamstring muscles in the right leg) and Aleksandar Pavlović (hip problems) are also alternatives for Kompany.
Harry Kane is not there. He “will not be available,” said Kompany before the Bundesliga guest game in Freiburg on Saturday (from 3:30 p.m. in the live ticker on t-online) about the English international player, who has an ankle problem.
The Bayern coach is “positive about Tuesday” with the captain of the “Three Lions.” Then the Munich team will play their quarter-final first leg (from 9 p.m.) in the Champions League at Real Madrid. Kane was missing from the England squad as planned during the international break in the test against Uruguay (1-1) and then had to miss the game against Japan (0-1) at short notice.
Backup Nicolas Jackson is also missing in Freiburg. The striker is serving a two-game ban after his red card against Leverkusen. Serge Gnabry is expected to move up front.
