Only two rehearsals with the orchestra have had the six participants. Yet the real conductor Betty Bakker has good courage. Also because it three years ago was also very nice. The orchestra members liked them so well that they have now asked their grandfathers, mothers and friends to take control of the Baton.

During the rehearsal it is logically difficult, for example if participant Stig drops the bestar in the middle of his piece from his hands. “Well, you learn to playfully,” he chuckles.

“I was given up by my grandson,” says Frank Mulder. “Then I said ‘yes’ of course, I didn’t need conviction. I didn’t know how to do it, but you are never too old to learn.”
