The snow and freezing cold are throwing train and air traffic in our northern neighbors into chaos. The trains came to an almost complete standstill this morning and hundreds of flights at Schiphol, the airport near the Dutch capital Amsterdam, have already been canceled. The airport advises travelers to leave the very busy terminals and go home. Tomorrow, more than 600 flights will be canceled again as a precaution. Brussels Airport expects delays all day, but is not yet warning of cancellations.
