During the Christmas holidays, many tourists again went to the sea. The second week was especially popular. In total, Westtoer recorded 1.7 million tourist overnight stays. That is three percent more compared to the previous Christmas holidays. The highlights were New Year’s Eve and the weekend after Christmas. Most day tourists on the Coast came during the weekend of December 27 and 28.
