Brian King Joseph and the mysterious note found in the hotel
A crescendo culminated last March, when a strange episode allegedly occurred in the Los Angeles hotel where Smith and King were staying. Returning to his room, the violinist would find a signed note Stone F with the words «Brian, I will be back no later than 5.30…just us». With the message, also some objects, including a bottle of beer, a backpack and a bottle of HIV drugs.
No sign of forced entry encountered by hotel security, but confirms that only Smith’s staff could enter the room. According to NBC News: “The plaintiff feared that an unknown individual would soon return to his room to engage in sexual acts with him.” Brian King Joseph would have been accused of staging the whole thing, and subsequently fired without just cause, another reason that is part of the complaint against Smith.

Will Smith, for his part, denies any type of accusation against him. The actor, through his lawyer Allen B. And again: «They are categorically rejected and We will use all legal means available to address these allegations and ensure the truth comes to light.” A story that is just beginning, but which already promises to be complex.
