Will Real Madrid win the next title?

The FIFA Intercontinental Cup is taking place for the first time. But the competition isn’t all that new. Because behind it is the old Club World Cup. The six winners of the continental Champions League competitions compete against each other. Around 20 years ago it was the World Cup, then the Club World Cup, now the FIFA Intercontinental Cup.

It would be the ninth success for Real Madrid. The opponent today is CF Pachuca from Mexico. Pachuca qualified for the final with wins against Botafogo and Al Ahly.
