Transferred to Borussia Dortmund club on 7 June 2016 with a transfer fee of 9.75 million €, Emre Mor scored his first goal in Borussia Dortmund team against Darmstadt club on 17 September 2016 and lifted the nets.
On August 29, 2017, Mor signed an agreement with Spanish club Celta Vigo, and Emre Mor signed a one-year loan agreement with Galatasaray, one of the Super League teams, in the 2019 summer transfer period.
Emre Mor signed a half-season contract with Olimpiakos, one of the Super League teams, on January 31, 2020, on the last day of the half-time transfer season, and returned to Celta Vigo after spending 1 season on loan. Playing his first league game in the 2020-21 season on September 12, Mor continued to take part in Celta Vigo’s roster as the first 11 players.
