While Merel Ek regularly sits at the table at Hélène Hendriks’ Today Inside spin-off, De Oranjezomer and De Oranjezondag, she never does so at VI. She always sits at a safe distance from Johan Derksen, René van der Gijp and Wilfred Genee, namely on the stool. And Wilfred thinks that’s a shame, because he has a lot of potential in Merel.
