If Bart De Wever (N-VA) becomes prime minister, he will have to say goodbye to his job as party chairman after two decades. This is stated in black and white in the N-VA statutes. But who will succeed him? And will that man or woman simply become the ‘hand puppet’ that stands in the shadow of Prime Minister De Wever?
