Who the f*ck are you!

It is evident that Eva Jinek is no longer as ambitious as before and that her program is tedious rather than controversial. According to Catherine Keyl, this has to do with her motherhood. “Since she had a child, she is no longer so alert, she is no longer on top of it,” said the former presenter.

“What, Catherine?!”

Although Eva makes no secret in her columns that family life has become much more important to her – her mega holidays undoubtedly have something to do with it – Catherine’s statement is of course a bit bold. The TV celebrity, who is childless herself, pretends that as a young mother you just aren’t as focused anymore.

Yvonne Coldeweijer thinks that is going a bit far, she says The Juice Show. “I think it’s strange what Catherine did. I don’t like her saying that. Look, you can have an opinion about how you think Jinek is doing. We have also shared that sometimes, but then to say: ‘Since she had a child she is no longer so alert’… What?! No!”

“Who the f*ck!”

According to Yvonne, that is just ‘mother shaming’. “And that’s why Catherine, we wondered: who the f*ck are you?! Because Catherine used to be a talk show host, but it wasn’t Eva Jinek to be honest. To be honest! Catherine has never come so close in her life as Eva Jinek’s status!”

Co-host Mark Koster: “But she always wants to be. She also always walked around the Mediapark as if she were the great investigative journalist. Like she was Oprah. So you weren’t, Catherine Keyl. You are a nice woman and you are also intelligent, but it is enough now to insult others.”

Muppets Show

Mark finds 76-year-old Catherine a bit sour. “When I think of you, Catherine Keyl, I think of The Muppet Show, but eight times. You are filling an entire balcony on your own! It’s been nice!”

Yvonne: “She can give her opinion, I think, but not bring motherhood into it. That’s what Maarten van Rossem did too. That’s not cool. We are not doing that.”
