On December 19, 2025, 30-year-old Ramzi Mefteh disappeared. He was last seen around 1:20 am in the Upstairs hotel in Hertstraat in Ostend.
Ramzi has Tunisian nationality. He is 1.75 m tall and has a slim build. He has short black hair, a beard and brown eyes. He has several tattoos on his arms: a deck of cards on his upper right arm, the first name “Yara” on the inside of the right arm and tattoos on both forearms. He usually wears sporty clothes.
