Perihan Savaş was married to the famous Turkish singer İbrahim Tatlıses and Yılmaz Zafer. Savaş had a child from each of these two marriages. Savaş was married to Tatlıses for 3 years and to Zafer for 8 years.
The name of the child of Savaş from his marriage to Tatlıses is Zübeyde Melek Akkaş, and the name of the child from his marriage to Zafer is Savaş Zafer.

Perihan Savaş, who took part in many theater plays such as “The Little Princess”, “Romeo-Jüliyet”, “The Kindness Fool” until 1970, starred in the movie “Prince Simbad Kaf Mountain” in 1971. Starting his cinema career in the same year, Savaş became a leading actor in a short time with the roles he played in many films. He acted in around 120 films. He was a singer for a while.
