The Tango Singing Competition of the Seinäjoki Tango Market has been organized a few years with the exception of 1985.
For five years, only a king or queen has been crowned in the competition. Otherwise, a couple of tango royal couples have always been selected in the competition. In 2020 and 2021, no competition was held due to the corona pandemic.
