US Border Patrol has caught a man who sneaked in from Mexico with a fairly large sum of cash and a Russian and Kazakh passport. It turned out to be Timur Praliev (31), a veteran of the infamous Wagner group. And in his backpack was a drone. What was he planning? Why have more than 2,000 Russians per month been intercepted at the border with Mexico over the last three years? And why does there seem to be more Russian spies in Mexico City than anywhere else in the world?
