René van der Gijp is very interested in which Dutch names appear in the Epstein files. In the meantime, he jokingly asks himself: “What are we going to do if John de Mol is also in it?!”

The US Department of Justice has released another huge batch of files on convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The names of reality star Sylvia Geersen and former model Yfke Stürm also appear in the more than three million pages. The latter even continued to flirt with Epstein after he had already been convicted. “I was naive,” she says.

Abuse

Epstein is suspected of large-scale abuse of young women and girls. Years before contact with Yfke, he was convicted of inciting a minor to prostitution. That didn’t stop her from having ‘explicitly sexual’ contact with him, like the NOS writes. But now she stands in ‘solidarity with the victims’.

Wilfred Genee thinks it is unprecedented. “It’s all very special. Anyway, if you still think that people we know are going to come out…”, he says in Today Inside.

Pervert

Epstein, who committed suicide, is causing disgust worldwide. “He’s a real pervert, isn’t he?”, says Johan Derksen.

Wilfred: “I can’t believe it. What a crazy person that was.”

René van der Gijp then makes a very daring joke. “Well, well. But what do we do if John de Mol appears in it?”

Wilfred: “Jesus, stop it man!”

Statement

René wonders out loud what they should do. “Do we then take a stand or do we say: ‘Let go’!”

Johan: “We’ll pretend we’re crazy and keep cashing!”

René: “Hahahaha.”

Wilfred concludes: “Well, hopefully we’ll be back tomorrow. Maybe not! See you then!”
