Growing up on the outskirts of Rome, among the rough streets of Pomezia, Alessio Sakara soon learned to transform chaos into discipline, anger into technique, instinct into art. His journey, which started from Brazil amidst sacrifices, difficult nights and economic difficulties, took him to America, where he made history as the first Italian to fight in the UFC. Today, at 44, his journey has once again stopped in Rome, a glorious return to his origins with the BKFC world belt won in front of his people.
