DNA research links the murderer of Tania Van Kerkhoven (17) to two rapes from the 1990s. This became known through our FAROEK investigation program. The same man may have committed three serious crimes in the early 1990s. One of the victims, the first woman raped, testifies via a letter to FAROEK.
