Was a boy hit with a scooter in Lombardsijde twice?
A 38-year-old woman who had had too much to drink hit him, but says he was already on the street. That now appears to be correct, and so the first driver would have committed a hit-and-run.
Further investigation is now required to determine in which collision the teenager died.
