A cyber security company CloudSEK said About the Daam malware spreading on Android devices, which knows how to avoid antivirus programs. Daam can record the user’s calls, steal phone data and lock the user’s device.

Malware spreads along with Android applications if these are downloaded from unofficial sources. When downloading apps from the Google Play store, malware does not spread.

Daam is currently found in three Android software: Psiphon, Boulders and Currency Pro. The apps are a VPN service provider, a mobile game, and a currency converter. Daam does not choose which application it targets.
