Warmest March 8 ever measured: plenty of spring, while it is still two weeks of winter

In De Bilt, the temperature reached 16.5 degrees on Saturday at 11.20 am. This makes it officially the hottest March 8 ever since the start of the measurements in 1901, Weerplaza reports.
